By accessing, registering on, or using the pak224 platform (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies that pak224 may publish from time to time (collectively, the "Agreement"). pak224 collects, processes, and stores player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. pak224 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where pak224 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pak224 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through pak224's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted under the rules of the relevant arbitral body in the licensing jurisdiction.
